make a one sided rose bud

This instructable will teach you how to make a one sided rose bud perfect for adding to a duct tape bouquet or added to a hat (I've done both). All you will need is duct tape of your favorite color and green. I suggest you use a darker shade of green if you can but my walmart only sells lime green.

Note: I first learned to do normal duct tape rose from here - http://www.instructables.com/id/Duct-Tape-Rose/ but as i was making them i realized i could make a onesided bud. So alot of credit goes to Herrozerro for getting me started.

Step 1: Make your stem

First you need to take a four inch long piece of green tape (more or less for what you do with it). Then you start rolling it sideways to make a tube for the stem for the bud. Some people suggest using wire, that's great for bouquets but this is really mainly for a hat
