The study is on exploring possibilities of a milling machine with open source hardware compatible slots, in this case, Arduino boards and shields. The milling machine, SRM-20, used for this study is of Roland DG’s latest released ‘monoFab’ (as in monozukuri fabrication) product series. Participants from various fields from computer science and product design to education were divided into three teams brainstorming creative ideas and executing those into real-world devices.
