moulin rouge inspired corset....it is very sexy when you wear it...i used different materials in my corset project like plastic boning,fabric ,beads,lace to make it more attractive yet so easy to make..

Step 1: Making the pattern

In making the pattern measure your front from the top of your bust to your waist. draw a line on your pattern paper using that measurement. then measure the waist and the hips and your now ready to make your pattern.

How do you get from taking your measurements to cutting 12 pattern pieces? Seems a few steps are missing.

This is a very pretty corset but there's a couple of things I'd like to say about the Instructable. Step 1 seems to be the beginning of 'how to make the pattern' but then just drops. Sorry - corset patterns aren't that easy to make. The sewing steps (steps 3 - 5) are very poorly written. It may seem obvious to you how to do things but for others, not so much. A better picture of the beadwork would be nice as well as how you attached the beads. Note - having those beads under the arms is going to be right painful when your arms start rubbing them off.
