INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp cooking oil or melted butter but oil works best for me
2-3 tbsp cold water
mix dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add wet ingredients, mix well, cook for 1minute 40seconds in the microwave, add some ice cream, sprinkle some icing sugar over and then eat
