a simple, non lethal, easy to make rubber band powered weapon.
Supplies:
one large hollow mechanical pencil shell (about 1/3 of an inch in diameter)
one lead tube (the clear thing that has graphite dust all over the inside. 2 millimeters in diameter.)
one wide rubber band
one normal rubber band
tape
scissors
1. cut the wide rubber band so it is now a stretchy strip.
2. put one end on either side of the large shell, leaving 1 inch or so over the top, as in my second picture.
3. wrap the other rubber band around the wide one, as shown.
4. take the lead tube and tape up the top parts (the crack that looks like a PokeBall :)
5. push the wide rubber band on the hole at the end or the large mechanical pencil shell so it looks like a cobra hood and push that in with the end of the lead tube that isn't taped.
6. push in all the way, release, and don't blame me for any injuries. :)
