the same scrappy glue up method as my other boards. to shape it i used some curved templates we use for making arch doorways. the tighter curves on the nose were drawn with a compass i made from a nail, a piece of string (spider wire fishing line works best because it has no stretch).
the graphic is cut out from a magazine and glued on. after the stain before the varnish. i used a light "natural" shade stain on the bottom. i experimented with some darker stuff on top its all covered with grip tape anyway. i used marine varnish on the whole thing for protection and water proofing.
