Step 7: Cool and enjoy

DONT try to cut the meringue when its hot, let it cool and even spending a little while in the fridge wouldnt do too much harm.
i was going to take pictures of the pie once cool but i forgot, and ate it all with friends in the space of one afternoon.

I can't wait to try your recipe! I love lemon pie! I like to add chopped pecans to my lemon pie crust to add a little dimension, smooth, creamy & nutty/crunchy
