Introduction: Quick Snack
we all have a food craving and to be honest. when we are hungry we all eat unhealthy food. same is my case. so this time I thought to make a semi healthy snack. for me and my family.
Step 1: Ingredients
1.cottage cheese. mine is homemade. as also shown in the picture.
2.Bologna slices ( boiled or fried) I used both.
3.cabbage/ mint/ lettuce any you prefer.
5. sauce (optional) I didn't used any as I liked the Bologna slice flavour.
Step 2: Process
fry the bologna or thaw them.
place sauce of Ur choice ( I prefer not to).
add cabbage/ mint/ lettuce
roll and secure with toothpick.
