this took about 11 month to build , it is all cardboard i took bumble bee from the movie and started from the inside and worked out word .had to built layers an layers to to still look like him but with a person in side , it atands a little over 7 feet tall . i went with cardboard light weight and keeps you warm for Oct ,month,started hands and arms and them went to body and then legs and feet




all cardboard 8x11 and 18x24 75 sheets all free
200 hot glue sticks about $ 20.00
paint 1 can silver .98
paint a qt. yellow $ 4.89
paint black 8 oz $ 1.25
total $ 27. 12

it washard doing alot of steps worked on this for 11 months first i got to looking at a transformer an broke down all body  parts thought of my self being in side of it and started building layers over it glue lots of glue cardboard paint

soory i will i amgoing to do an other one and i will go in to great detail on it it is hard some times , you start a peice of it and be for you know it it is done ,and you move on

The costume looks great - but where is the Instructable? There is no instructions at all just photos of the final product.
WOW! That's so cool! This would def get my vote at a costume party! If my son was old enough I'd def make this for him. Thanks for sharing and kudos on the creativity

It seems that your "work in progress" Instructable is in separate parts. It is looking great though!

In case you didn't know, you can easily add these steps to your original Instructable by going to your homepage, clicking on the Instructables tab, and clicking edit next to the original 'ible. From there, you can add steps, add pictures, edit existing steps, and add detail to the original if you so choose.

I am looking forward to the final product!
