Good Instructable. However you may want to get some clearer pictures.

thanks for the comment! all that i had was a 3.1 megapixel camera.

You can take clear pictures with a 3.1MP camera, my camera is only 5.2MP, only about 2 more MP than your camera, yet it takes SURPRISINGLY clear pictures at high resolutions. Perhaps you just need to learn how to properly use a digital camera?

It is much simpler to install speedfan and it is free. You can set the temps of components such as the cpu which is very critical to keep properly cooled. You can monitor voltage requirements and control three fans automatically based on the operating temperature you specify ie.. high temp setting to start the fan and what rpm you want which keeps the fan noise down. I have used it for a couple years since my cpu went up in flames. Now my system is water cooled and has extra fans and I can monitor the temps, good luck

This is simple, but a really good idea. Those transformers aren't difficult to come by at all. It's also great to be able to know that your computer is staying cool, without having to always have the fan blasting, because if you're just typing or listening to music, an auxiliary fan at full power can be overkill.
