super-accurate tape darts!

super-accurate tape darts!
on almost every instructable about blowguns, there are tutorials on how to make darts, but almost all of the designs shown suck! either they are too heavy or not heavy enough, they usually have too much air resistance and instability problems. the darts shown here have fins, just like a missile and they are very sturdy. they have very little air resistance, and are modifiable to spin for extra accuracy.

what you need is:

1)invisible tape
2)jumbo paperclips, the non slip ones are more resistant to bending, but the smooth ones are easier to cut.
3)needle nose pliers with wire cutters built in, or you could use separate wire cutters, but the result won't be as good.
4)scissors, find some good sharp ones.
