Introduction: Take Another Little Piece of My Heart Earrings

About: Hello, I enjoy creating art in just about any medium available I use recycled materials when possible and exchanging ideas and learning new ideas on how to save time and money.

Hello. I am going to show you how to make very simple, elegant earrings.
When placed side by side, their cut-outs form a heart.

Step 1: Gather Your Tools and Supplies

You will need:

Fimo clay glitter red #202
craft clay machine or plexi glass rolling pin
2 eye pins
2 mini heart cookie cutters, 1 smaller than the other
2 fish hook ear wires
2 7mm open end jump rings
red nail polish (i used avon nail wear in cherry jubilee)

Step 2: Flatten Your Clay

Using your craft clay machine or plexi glass rolling pin, flatten your clay.
i used my craft clay machine set to #9 thickness

Step 3: Cut Out Your Hearts

take the larger size of your cookie cutter and cut out 2 hearts from the clay
then insert your eyepins into the center of each heart

Step 4: Cut Your Mini Heart Cut Outs

line the hearts up side by side and take the small cookie cutter to cut both hearts at the same time, leaving half a heart shape cut out on each one

Step 5: Time to Bake

bake your earrings. when they are cooled, paint with your red nail polish
be sure they dry thoroughly for at least an hour before glossing.

Step 6: Attach Fish Hook Ear Wires and Wear Out on the Town

attach the fish hook ear wires to the eyepins using the jump rings
and you are done!
enjoy!
