A. This isn't safe. B. This isn't sterile. C. A guitar string is not a good needle. It's dull at the end, and can cause severe scarring. I would not recommend this. Either learn to do it with the real thing, or have it done professionally. Prison/Gangsta/Cholo tattoing is not a good idea.
