Step 2: Shooting

to shoot you need some strength to shoot so you better build that up fast. To shoot you put your right arm as if you were flexing your muscles but put your hand facing up. you put the ball on that hand. for your left arm do the same but cock your hand at a 45 degrease angle. your left hand helps the ball balance on your right. now the shooting part, lift your and push the ball to where ever your aiming, make sure you flip your wrist at the end to create backspin. for your left arm just leave it in the position i told you takes some good practice to shoot the proper way. a good drill to get better at shooting and get more strength for shooting is to lie down get a ball and get into the proper shooting position and just keep shooting the ball up as much as you can.

Step 3: Dribbling

dribbling is fairly easy once you get the hang of it. to dribble just bounce the ball in to your hand make sure you don't look to be a good dribbler. to get the hang of it you just feel for the ball with your finger tips. if you are a point guard than you NEED to get good at dribbling. A drill is sitting in a char while watching TV or something then dribble 50 times with your right then 50 with your left then 50 cross overs. you'll get the hang of it
