If you want to see your desktop or gadgets through any open window....you can simply do it by moving your mouse to the little transparent rectangle in the lower right corner of your taskbar.This trick is called PEEK.This trick is available only in windows 7 home premium,professional and ultimate

Great stuff. Another one I like is Flip 3D. Hold the Windows button and hit tab and you'll flip through your different windows you have open.
