u know those cute bags with fringe on the end awesome! but their so expensive! now u can make one at know cost 2 u! all u need is a t-shirt!

Step 1: Supplies

all you will need for this project is: an old shirt u don't wear anymore, a good pair of scissors (u will be cutting fabric), and the ability to tie a knot.

Step 2: Removing the Sleeves

first u want 2 start at the bottom of the the sleeve and go up. u can cut it 1 layer at a time or both at once. once ur done it should look like the bottom picture.

Step 3: Removing the Neck and Bottom Seam

first just cut around the neck the seams might be hard to cut through, u can try using the back of ur scissors. now u need 2 cut off the bottom seam of the shirt. just cut straight across the bottom. ur almost finished! ;)

Step 4: Cutting the Strips

cut roughly 1 inch strips about the same length across the bottom of the shirt.

Step 5: Sinching It Up

take 2 piecesof the fabric and cross the top on over the bottom one, next pull the top piece under the bottom piece, then cross the top piece back over the top piece, then under again but this time after that u push the top piece in the loop, and pull tight. repeat this once or twice more to secure it well.
