Ok, so your steps are simple which is usually good (but perhaps these are too simple) and your photos are decent, but you really haven't sold this to me. Instructables need a bit of character to them, a bit of banter to make the reader want to make the item... Unfortunately this one leaves me thinking "I don't think that will taste nice" despite your lovely photos!

Why don't you try adding a bit to the last step explaining how these taste, when you like to make them, how you discovered this combination, how long they last in the fridge etc.

You might also want to discuss what type of chocolate works best, ways to get the watermelon seeds out, what size to cut the watermelon chunks etc.
