Hello guys.....!

In this instructable I'm gonna show you how to make wireless switch...........

so that you can control AC appliances wirelessly (like fan,light,etc..)...

First of all I'm telling you that it is not a how to do it instructable it is how I did it instructable......!

So don't worry I'm gonna show you how it works.........so that you can build your own wireless switch using home made parts...........!

Step 1: Gathering Required Parts

You may choose any parts

ok but these are essential....!)

1.box... (to enclose all the circuitry inside......)

2. RC circuit... (RC transmitter and receiver )

3. gear box.... (any)

4. wires.....

Step 2: Building

you may build in any way but you should remember that you are dealing with AC...........so please be careful....!

imp points to remember:-

1. You should connect neutral wire directly to the output....and the line (phase) should be operated by using mechanical switch (mechanical switch means-- switch is operated by using gear box)...

2. You should separate RC circuit from the AC....becoz if accidentally AC touches the RC circuit........ it just burns the rc circuit components....

3. You can supply 12 volts by using a adaptor or we can use 12 battery pack to power up the RC circuit...

Step 3: Working

The mechanical switch just connects and disconnects the output from the input........you can see in above pics

you can make it your own....with your won parts...

Step 4: Demo

you can control any ac appliance by using this tech..but if AC appliance wattage increases you have to increase the

power handling capacity of wires and mechanical switch and other parts......!

So for simplicity I have used table light as an AC appliance to control wirelessly.....!

You can check this out its performance....and it is only 3 min...
