I’d like to say grazie mille! Thank you for taking my class. I hope you now feel empowered to go out there (or maybe just stay where you are in your kitchen...) and try making all kinds of shapes and flavors of fresh pasta! If you do try a new combination that you'd like to share, I encourage you to make an instructable so that everyone can benefit from your pioneering spirit! To create an instructable, click here and to see if your instructable qualifies for any of our awesome contests, click here.

I'll be adding new recipe links to this class now and then, so be sure to check back periodically. I've also added some great sauces by other Instructables members for you to try pairing with your new fresh pasta making skills! (see links at the bottom of the class hub page).

NOTE: I've been working on a gluten-free pasta dough recipe that will be ready soon. Stay tuned!

*A special thanks to The Italian Homemade Company in San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood for their delicious pasta and for allowing us to film at their wonderful space for the Introduction segment.
