No, that's not true (and you still don't understand how REPLY works).
Some questions can be answered trivially, like several of yours. Those usually get the same kind of "just f-ing Google it" that yours deserve. Wasting people's time is rude and offsensive. Why should you expect to be respected when you disrepect others?
Other questions are specific to "how to" techniques, and rely on expertise to answer. Some could be answered by in-depth research, but might require knowing terminology (jargon or terms of art) which the questioner is unfamiliary with. Those still get the occasional "just Google it" response, but more often they get multiple thoughtful responses from people who have experience and knowledge of the field or technique under discussion.
Some of the "Questions" you've posted are patently inappropriate for the "Answers" section of this site. Since (by your own admission) they do not have definite answers, but are topics for discussion, they should have been, and should be in the future, posted as forum topics in a correctly-chosen category. As a brand new user, you may not be aware of the vast set of forum discussions here.

That's not true. The good questions can't be answered by WikiP or Google, which is what we are here for.
You should learn about Wikipedia. Every one of your questions is trivially answerable by doing research.
