    Yes - Once you have created the executable files that communicate via your serial port (USB) to the Arduino, transfer them to your raspberry pi (you may need to try different COMM ports to find the one that connects to your Arduino). You'll then need to install some voice recognition software on your pi (and a mic) - I have little experience in this area but the software in the link appeared popular among pi users and will be suitable for this task. Once installed you'll need to create a new command in the '.commands.conf' file that will open the .exe files copied over earlier.
