Excellent tips, thank you!
Thank you! I totally agree, I used a pressure washer when working as a detailer. It was extremely rare if a problem ever happened, but the pressurized water will find parts which will be requiring replacement sooner than later.
Thank you :)

Thank you :) A secret from what the professionals use ;)

That is actually the same amount of items needs... The steel wool only replaces the glass polish. For steel wool, it needs to be 0000 too, otherwise it can scratch the glass. I used steel wool when I worked as a detailer.

Thank you! I'm surprised to hear it made that much of a difference, but it makes sense. I installed a deflector on my old truck years ago, certainly helped keeping the dirt off the windshield but I didn't pay attention to the fuel change though.

I believe you have a misunderstanding here. These are a copper alloy line, these are actual DOT approved brake lines purchased from an auto parts supplier. Not what is found on say a housing application for water lines. Yes a standard copper line will fail under the pressure of the hydraulic brake system, therefore it cannot be used. Here is the link to the product http://www.jegs.com/p/JEGS-Performance-Products/JEGS-NiCopp-Nickel-Copper-Brake-Lines/2111534/10002/-1

There will be a very light outline of the car, but it doesn't take long enough from point A to B for it to make that significant of an impact on the image.

I'd like to have it on a motorized base eventually. It's quite light, all aluminum frame and case. So would I be able to use something such as this? https://www.amazon.com/WishRing-Backup-Realtime-Transmitter-Android/dp/B011BDY7XA
True... The only thing I would be worried about is how it's wires, assuming the camera in one unit would be hard wired. Where it'll be put on the house, I'm hoping it will have enough swipe across the front of the property. We're at the end of a dead end street, last house. Would I be able to view this on a laptop at home? Thank you for the input too, I really appreciate it :)
How would I determine what type of video signal is used? It says it's a 700TVL and uses and rg59 connector. I was thinking about something like this, but I am not sure if it would work https://www.amazon.com/WishRing-Backup-Realtime-Transmitter-Android/dp/B011BDY7XA
View Topic »From what I've been able to find this is a really good quality camera which is why I got it. I know some cameras can be hit and miss quality wise, especially at a distance or at night. Not really quite sure what type of transmitter I would need... I figured $75 should be enough for a decent transmitter. Getting a decent system would be triple that from what I've found.

Not sure if it's available for a windows laptop. But on my Mac I also have a manual override for the fan so I can control the speed before it gets too hot. Definitely helps out a huge amount besides elevating it too.

This is an excellent idea, especially helpful if someone gets their shoes wet. Sometimes it takes such a long time for them to dry out.
