Its the suziki ecudo (Pikes peak as we call it cause it was a cool car that was available to drive in the granturismo game series and was (I think) the fastest car... Pulling off 985~HP and having a top speed of i think 250mph~?

Yeah I know~! =( Too bad it doesn't.... ;D go grab a go cart's v8 engine and load it into your knex car and see what happens... ;D thats what they did for the suziku ecudo pikes peak... the put a monstrous twin turbo supercharged v6 engines in the crappiest car you've ever seen and made it have 950+ hp...... That was the original though some versions now have like over 1000+ hp and pull off a top speed of 300mph on off road terrain... imagine how fast it'd go on the road... (Drooolsss) =)

Im not sure but as long as a car can go over a speed bump its street legal (as in it can go over a speed bump without breaking anything or hitting anything) Thats the reason why you dont see formula 1 cars running circles arround the cars on the freeway ;D
