Arduino Buck-Boost Converter
I think you should change the ic and if problem is not resolved than you can change the whole circuit and you should also add capacitor of around 100uf parallel with the powersupply
You can buy bass treble circuit directly from your local electronics market or you can make your own by searching on google tone control circuit or bass treble circuit

IN means audio input
great but I don't have pcb layout
Yes, you can try that if you won't get too much heat from the heatsink .
welcome bro :-)
Thanks bro :-)
I think you should first change the capacitor at or add extra capacitor in parallel to the power if it works then nice if it didn't work then replace IC but my personal recommendation is to change the whole circuit because its really cheap in less than 50rs you can get this circuit
Thanks for comment
Actually I baught it from indiamart from manufacturing company in hydrabad around 100pcs and I live in jaipur so they shipped that 100pcs at my doorstep but you can find as laptop enclosure on internet or if you want some I can send you for that U can give me ur contact no.
I want that bass treble circuit from where you got that thanks in advance and your speakers are also amazing
I Don't have that much to spend on it but some day definitely I'll buy someday.............thanks for comment :-)
No brother its 4*40 watts you can check from its datasheet and I am sorry right now I am using car battery which is of 12v and 15 amp for powering it thanks
It sounds fairly nice sound .
I also want to upload video of amp but my exams are going on but soon I'll upload the video
I have used 4 ohm speakers and I have not measured Rms watts I have mentioned according to the datasheet
You caught me on that actually while writing instructable I have used initially that power supply but after that right now I am using 12 volt 15 amp car battery and the best part is that it is not necessary to use Exact high power supply
Thanks bro & by the way it is cheap also so no need to invest too much on amps

yes you can use it with any of your audio devices like ipod , mobile phone ,radio, laptop PC etc.
humming noise is a quite common problem while making these kinds of amplifiers their might be many possible reasons for getting noise please try these steps1. check the power supply you can add more capacitor to the power supply in parallel or you can check you amplifier by changing your power source like any other supply or DC battery.2. must check your input cable sometimes these problems occur due to faulty input cables .3. you can add a potentiometer on the input side it is also very helpful so that you can input side gets proper ground.Try these steps and reply and dont forget to subscribe me on youtube and follow me on instructables and do hit "I Made it" button.Thank you hope this will resolve your problem.
