Thanks. That's certainly a good suggestion, and one that I would have been taking in either case.My main concern is if the LED strips themselves can handle the current. I've done projects with WS8212 RGB LED strips, but it's never been with more than 5ish meters, so long runs are a bit foreign to me.
Assuming a power supply with sufficient capacity, is there any concern about wiring an entire room's perimeter (say 25 meters worth, which should be about a 12.5amp draw @ 6W/m) off of one power supply? i.e. would the end of the strings get proper current, or is there a max run length to take into account?
