Thats a great idea !! A big problem with this approach is that, i had a LOT of trouble filling the vectors, the video that i uploaded (Kanji engraving) is actually one of the final tests that i did with filling vectors but its still really slow and complicated to do. A quick solution to this would be if you put a layer of (black) electrical tape and cut the tracks. There is certainly a lot of room to experiment with this machine! Muito obrigado !

Ah then you'll have to adjust the steps with the callibration guide i put !
Since the CDS/DVDS are all the same diameter, it should probably be okay, but the Steps you should callibrate them yourself. You can start with 53.3 but, after that you have to do the fine tuning.

First of all, its the first time i hear such an idea, so excuse me if i don't know much about the subject.As far as a my understanding goes, the lens that you get from modules like Aixiz one produce as you correctly said, a cone-shaped laser, so you need to focus the target on the focal point, otherwise it wont be as efficient.I googled a bit about collimator lenses, and they appear to do what you said, just not the way you said it. I think that the collimator lens, (as any other lens) doesn't block _any_ light from the source, it just redirects it. The only things that block light are filters and polarizers.Once again, i'm not sure about this but its what i understand from what little I've read.This seems like the perfect solution, unfortunately, i don't know how accessible a...

If your target moves and as you said you need it to be insensitive from the distance then i have no idea, but if you find a solution please let me know!! Seems like a nice upgrade
