EDIT: (to any future people with the same problem)ろ will ONLY show up on the ~ key if your settings for Japanese typing are set to "English keyboard (101/102 key)".By default, it will be set to "Japanese keyboard (106/109 key)", so the computer assumes that you have the original ろ key. Setting it to the English keyboard tells the computer that you are lacking that physical key, so it assigns ろ to ~ instead. To change those settings in Windows 10:1a. click the language icon in your taskbar and go to Language Preferencesor1b. go to Settings -> Region and Language2. click Japanese -> Options3. Hardware Keyboard Layout -> Change layout4. change from Japanese to English keyboard, and restart your computer. Now ろ will show up when you type the ~ key!:D
