I will say that I turned 24 today/yesterday and this is what I learned. It took a little bit of trial and error but I finally managed to produce a "whistle". It sounds more like a train whistle than a what most consider a whistle. Now, I will say I can whistle just fine normally. My boyfriend cannot whistle and is still having trouble using this method. It is difficult and take practice just like anything else. But it did work.
