hello, my mom has a method to rise rolls in oven.Turn the oven to the lowest setting for just a few minutes, then turn it off. Place the dough in the center of the oven. Allow it to rise until almost doubled. Remove the dough from the oven and preheat it to the desired temperature. While the oven preheats, the dough will finish its rising.
i dont think so, because the yeast feeds on sugar and that may help with the rising in the dough so you probably will have to add a buttload of yeast and even then it wont turn out as good
dry yeast. thats what i use
If you have one of those hard candy cotton candy machines, you can add sugar free candies.
