I used to make banana pops for my westy and doxie. Slice a banana and freeze until hard. Then while they are in the freezer melt pure carob in a double boiler so it wont burn for about 5 minutes or until melted. In about 30-45 minutes take them out and cut 1-2 inch pieces and dip in carob. Return to freezer in a tight container and freeze for 10 more mins. I call them banana "PUPS"People can enjoy them too!
