Charging a battery at 30A requires an input power of 12Vx30 = 360 watts. You may be able to pedal that hard for a short while, but not long enough to fully charge a large battery. Doing a quick Google search: Olympic cyclists peak at about 1,200 watts during a 5-8 second sprint and can sustain 400 watts for about an hour.Using a 1,000W inverter would drain your 200Ah battery in less than 2.5 hours, not 50. (100W/12V = 83A, 200AHr/83A = 2.4 hours) Actual running time will be considerably less due to battery inefficiency at high discharge rates.
