Thank you for the instructions on making bread from the wonderful ferment/starter I have made this week. There are many recipes for starter but few for the breads. I was most worried about the transfer to the pizza stone but will use your idea with the parchment paper. I am also considering baking it on the stone outside in the grill. It gets hot in Georgia and is predicted to reach 88 degrees Fahrenheit today.
