I'll give this a try - but a modified version. I do not use pre-made spices to I'll need to search in duckduckgo for the spices needed in the Cajun mixture and I am not that happy with Mayo.
I will be giving this a try.I like the idea of making ones own sausages.I used to have this meal - as Lunch - when I was studying in London.
I already wrote a comment but it seems to have disappeared.I want to try this after converting to metric, but a couple of questions:1) What is Pork Butt?2) Why do the deboneing references cause humour? Many thank
No food parcels, I am afraid. Do not get caught buy the German Customs. There are a couple of good British Shops that send via post here.Bacon,Sausages (I am a Cuimberland and Linconshire sausage Fan) etc.Cheddar cheese we can sometimes get from Lidl - so when they have it we by a fair amount then.
Nothing wrong with Tetleys, but when I can (I live now in Germany) I get the Yorkshire Tea.
Interesting, but could you not have used a sock and swing that around?
Looks interesting, but I am no fan of Bluetooth.
That recipe look really good and I will certainly try it. The sausage will be a problem but I can get the hot Spanish chorizo , which I assume must be similar. But I would really like to try the original seafood version as well - but getting the seafood would be a bit of a problem finding it here in a small town in Germany.Any pointers - preferably from you - to a real Gumbo recipe?
