For additional help and information, I would suggest you go to http://benboxlaser.us and participate in the forum. There are a lot of helpful people that will answer your questions, and they have some custom software written by one of the members. The T2laser software really makes life much easier and I highly recommend it.
There is a great support forum with users from all over the world at http://benboxlaser.us You will find a lot of information and some custom software written by several of the members. The T2laser application is a quantum leap above benbox software.
If you want to use greyscale you will need to do a PWM mod (switch jumper) and use T2laser software. Head over to http://benboxlaser.us where there is a forum full of information and helpful people. You can get a trial version of T2laser there.
