this is my fav instructables tip EVER. i literally ran out of soap just now and came to search the interweb for help. TY! i wash my carpets 6-7 times per year and spot clean spills and messes even more. THIS is why i bought a rug doctor (3 labs on a creek, 2 cats, 3 wild kiddos, and a small hobby farm with assorted get-that-animal-out-of-the-house-now-boots-OFF-at-the-door) years ago. i CAN'T believe i never thought to make my own soap! i use bleach in my machine w the solution. just a 1\4 cup, like in the washing machine. my carpets are synthetic low dense berber and are ok with bleach and hot water. NOT all carpets are. also, don't go over berbers more than twice since the machine doesn't suck out as much water as with pile carpet thus multiple runs will take forever to dry. i ,too, vacuum over it all one last time without pushing the spray button. a fan or ceiling fan speeds up drying also. oh, so excited to go finish up!

Light Bulb Lamp: Another Option
I just tried one. It was delicious, and VERY much like watermelon. However, each bite contains more seed than flesh, and I found it too much hassle. I suppose there is a reason why they are used more often for juice, which I will try next. I was just happy to try it, though, seeing as you don't see them here in Michigan often. Lol
Really this nfc tag is awsome and very useful, but I'm stuck at a placeLike it is necessary to have any such nfc trigger or task app installed on the device that is contacting with the tagWithout that app the task cannot be triggered or performed.I have this question because i want my tags to perform with the guest mobile phones also who don't have the app installed.Any solution with anyone?

Clean yer carpets on the cheap!
You will be hard pressed to find one today that doesn't at least have some Chinese parts. The Baofeng is a pretty decent radio for the money.
My 1st attempt at an Instructibles build..... was much easier than expected. I did use silicon glue as suggested in a comment instead of melting the sheeting to the tubes to save our house iron and seems to be holding up well. Going to make some smaller rings to fill the gaps with the leftover materials. Considering this 100% successful..... minus the cloudy days we're having at the moment.

I made something similar some time ago, but I used a toolbox instead and have place for 5 radios. I wrote an article about it on my blog : http://denismortier.be/deMo/posts/une-boite-pour-mes-talkies. It's in french but there are a lot of pictures :-)
We're you successful at heating your pool? - GennieP
I was thinking about trying this. We're you at heating your pool with noodles, zip ties, and garbage bags? This seems like the simplest, cheapest way to do it. - GennieP
We were swimming not long after this, but im not really sure how much had to do with the "lilypads" to be honest. I also learned to run the pump at night. Apparently running it during the day causes heat loss. So that could have been a factor. - dmatusicky

Great idea. I have a Labrador who gets in the trash the minute you leave the kitchen. Going to try this tomorrow.
