The bowline is left out of many knot information on line.It is a big part of the BSA training, so A lot of people know about it thanks for showing it. I try to keep up on at least10 knots, but use only about 4 or 5 in everyday life.
Been using free lumber, some pallets, some 2 x 8, 2 x 4, 1 x 12 x 14 sometimes, for years. In the sixties & seventies my father built a coral out of 1" x 6" x 14' boards & cross ties. This pen was bigger then some in town house lots. This is not a new thing, lots of companies just want you to haul them off.The best are the treated 4 x 4's.
It was a really great place to hide a key, until you showed the world.NOW I am going to have to move my keys.
