You probably want to upload an image to your profile. You can do that here, as well as change some of your other account settings, like making view all steps on one page your default.

force restore it follow these instructions and then it will respond to the computer. It will then restore the settings and re download anything you had in it. I'm sorry for the delay in posting, I'm on vacation and had little time to check on this site. I hope your iPod isn't bricked.

This is my home and my image changes at least 1-2 times a week so it will probably be different from the time you read this and me typing it. Enjoy.
