I have just made this mod and the mosfet was cool during the operation. I also have added a heatsink to the mosfet just in case. I hope mosfet can handle it because I don't have any idea about the "saturation" thing that @acolomitchi mentioned below. Thank you @AndJoeG.
I have a couple of questions to be cleared about wiring. First of all, as I understood from @mickeypop 's sayings, S pin of the RAMPS is "Signal in" pin and it needs to take in 5V voltage. PNP and NPN proximity sensors are different basically as the Black wire could be used as "sinking" or "sourcing" the current as mentioned here:http://www.schneider-electric.co.uk/en/faqs/FA1425...If the S pin is "sinking" in RAMPS how can we use the NPN proximity sensors as they are used for sourcing cards? Are they different in wiring or what? And is there any difference in voltage dividing of these types? Please could someone clarify this mess in my head?
Ok, here is the problem. I have finished the spot welder but it was in a mode of continuous passthrough of the mosfets. I have took out all the mosfets and soldered the new ones but it was still doing the same fault. At last I have considered that maybe the drivers were faulty. Hi @pompecukor, I have the same problem, the bottom plate is giving constant pass through of current. How did you correct this problem?

Thank you for response. I have added a Cloverleaf antenna and a prototype pcb plate to solder my tx5823. It can fly without the fpv but with fpv it raise to a specific altitude and can't raise more. I have not used the props given above.
