I never "tire" of swings! Great up-cycling job! Any potential skin or finger pinching issues for the area between the wooden disk and tire or rope and insertion point?
What type of stitching material did you use as thread?
Nice "Disco" Swibg! One safety and one tree hugger issue. As for safety, what about the potential punching aspect regarding inner legs, the rope and the hole? Perhaps some sort of tight fitting rubber grommet that fits snugly around the rope and inner portion of the hole? I made a tree swing last summer and, to save the tree branch from the constant friction of the back and forth motion, I wrapped a bicycle inner tube around the branch several times and then looped the rope around the branch. This will Jason extend the lifetime of your rope. Just some thoughts.
If you've ever watched the earlier GunSmoke aka Matshal Dillion episodes featuring Chester Goode, he added eggshells to his boiled coffee!
My thoughts exactly! Why not affix some LED lights inside the PVC to be a true Light Saber?
Admire your ideas, but that's all this is. I truly don't see how penning one's thoughts qualifies as an Instructable. It's a concept without an actual build which would address application issues. I look forward to your build.
Is your clock example correct in step 3? 8 pm to 12 am is only 4 hours ... Did you mean 12 pm which would be 16 hours from 8 pm? By the way, as with any exercise program (which should be incorporated too), people should check with their physicians before beginning any radical change.

True, but for young minds, projects such as these jump starts the creative juices. Many of society's advances are due to processes and ideas and not necessarily the outcomes. Kudos to the author! When life gives you a lemon, make electricity!
Incr-edible up cycling project that implants the repurposing not tossing idea into young minds!
Dr. Drocko, thank you for adding to my To Do Projects! Do you recommend sanding in between Arm R Seal applications?
Rock on dude! When I need to perfectly align things, I rub a little red lipstick on the end. It marks the exact spot. Not my idea, but one I use. I do not recommend guys use their significant others' $20 lipstick - the $2 version works just as well for this kind of activity! Peace
