GEEZ!! I've just been reading the comments. Lighten up!! This was a good idea for Western Electric when they made phone cords in the old days. It's still a good idea for many low-voltage cords today. I'm old. I still remember when things weren't wireless. Of course, I also remember when we immersed the cords in boiling water because there weren't any blow-driers. Just big hair dryers with hoods. It was very inconvenient placing things on your head and then sitting under the old hair driers. I guess that's why it didn't catch on back then :)
