I'll apologize in advance, but I'm afraid that these instructions are very likely out of date as I wrote them about 5 years ago and I haven't used the service since. It seems the new format has a button called publish at the top of the page which will get you started, and it seems the directions from there are more advanced and helpful than they were when I had written this. Good luck with your own instructable, I hope it turns out well.
