    "I do bodybuilding, and a bit of cardio, but I don't like cardio, and I hate running too because of a back injury. Bodybuilding doesn't make you burn fat, it makes you grow muscles (if done regularly), that's all. It's a totally different thing. You won't loose any weight with anaerobic exercises like weight lifting!What makes your body burn fat is aerobic exercise. If you can't run, you can ride a bike, swim, make fast walks... Most people prefer "shortcuts" over this.
