I've run across the same bug, but it isn't a bug in S3D, it's in Smoothie.The problem is that if a G-code command is for a line segment which is too small, Smoothie locks up. This can happen with any controller running Smoothie software, not just this one. The Smoothie devs think they have fixed it in the latest version of Smoothie, so you might try using the current edge version from GitHub: https://github.com/Smoothieware/SmoothiewareHere is some information on the bug: http://smoothieware.org/simplify3d
