Hi, My names Ruth & I work at Inifinite Group which is a craft company with laser cutters! My job title is "general doer of what needs to be done" and I spend a lot of time working on ideas with people and then frantically trying to make them fit into their budgets. We're a very small company that specialises in manufacturing craft items, in particular letters, as well as taking on custom lasercutting work. Think of us like your local print shop except we cut the pictures out of wood or acrylic not print them on paper...and we don't have a gangly 16 year old boy behind the counter. Hmm the analogy seems to have broken down! Anyway I have been asked by many customers for hints and tips and decided to start an Instructables to combine my 3 favourate things: making things, telling people what to do and waffling!
