Those aren't actually blackheads... they're called sebaceous filaments and they're a natural product of sebum production, not something to be concerned about. While they may develop into acne if you don't keep your skin clean, constantly squeezing out these filaments can cause inflammation, scaring, or infection. So just leave them alone. Or at least don't be over zealous in removing them.
