Great list! ? One thing I do when I have to buckle down and do daily stuff I don't really want to is chew gum. I've heard that combining activities is a good way to make a thing a habit, so when I start to chew gum it's like it sends a signal to my brain: "Ok, gum means we're going to clean house now." It feels more natural that way and less like a drag of a chore. Plus the burst of flavor from the gum gives my mood a boost. It's like telling myself, "You're cleaning the house now, awesome, here's a reward!"
