    How is the best way to make the joints strong? You mentioned something about a joint (butterfly or something like that) but what does that joint look like? Also does the sawfish get most of its strength from the titebond2 and cloth "fiberglass" or from the xps foam board? My building materials are going to be limited here and I am contemplating making a PVC skeleton and overlaying that with the foam board "muscles" and fabric/tight bond "skin". I have tons of time but not tons of money.     i'm currently in the Azores in the only xps board they have here is 2' x 4' can I still make the sawfish with those and just make more joints?
