    no, calling scientific principles and/ or inventions based on them by proper names counts. If I called a car a bicycle is that close enough because both have wheels and transport humans from point a to pint b? no? Then this use of improper wording is wrong too. Evaporative cooling is the principle one is founded on, yet the other is using ice cubes so..... it's a bike VS a car here, metaphorically.

    cute. I'm from texas pal. I think I know a thing or two about staying cool in crazy heat. Ever use a swamp cooler? I have. They work in texas, they work in washington state, and they work in the mojave desert so there goes your theory. If it DIDN'T cool the air, hot and humid can suck but it DOES cool the air via evaporative cooling, it's how wind on sweat works to cool you even. If you want to argue science though I'm down to shoot each theory in the foot with facts.SCIENCE!!!!!
