It's a 40W laser.I would cut 3mm MDF at 65% power and speed 15 If the OP means 3/4 inch MDF, my 40W would not be able to cut through at all.
Simple - just follow the instructable and build your own version. Feel free to follow the plans as closely or as loosely as you like.

Are you using the app, or the website?
Views & favourites have no official influence on the results, but I think it's fairly obvious that the more views you get, the more likely you are to get a vote, and the more favourites you get the more likely it is that those viewers actually voted, and maybe even shared your work.
It would help if you added pictures of the bike and cart, and said which way round you are trying to attach them.

Invest in a reasonably decent stills camera, and create step-by-step instructables, rather than just videos.Consider social media like Twitter & Facebook - create an opening image that teases the audience enough to open and share a link (I have noticed that images like these get shared a lot more than "ordinary" images).

If I'm making a variation on a box I usually start by spending a few minutes on www.makercase.com, selecting finger joints in the options.
There are services online, hackspaces, makerspaces, and lots of schools own them now.

Silly question, but how do you know the spam you get is thanks to your data being stored on this site? I've been a member for 11 years, always with the same email address, and I get no spam I can link to instructables (at most, I only get one or two pieces a day, actually, most of which is faked to look like it comes from FedEx [a service I don't use], Snapchat [an app I have never downloaded] or Amazon [who do not know my main email address])

Wood works because damage shows up as marks - it shouldn't take much work to find a thickness that is of equivalent strength to bone.Doing? You're beating the seven kinds out of a dummy, as you said.Joints are required because they affect the way energy is transferred around a body - a rigid structure could have shock-damage a long way from the point of impact, a joint might illustrate a whiplash effect etc.
Oddly, I had this same conversation with my youngest son.We decided that a good budget option would be broom handles, cut to length. Simple joints could be made by inserting eye-bolts into the ends of the dowels and connecting with wire or paracord.

Soft kites like this are basically indestructible, so I tend to fly them down onto the ground so they land upside down. Hook the handles over a dog stake (see picture - always a good investment for a kite-flyer), and the wind will hold the kite down while you walk down to it and unhook it from the flying lines.
Oh, and for the folding, stand with your back to the wind, hold one end, flip the bridles on top and just roll it up - do the neat folding at home, indoors.
As others have said, you sometimes need to wait a day or two. Silly question, though; does the URL of your project have "real words" in it, or a jumble of random characters?

This is the very first thing this member has posted - I smell a homework task.I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I've had a number of PMs in the last couple of days from new members asking how my projects work. I finally got around to finishing my re-mix!I replaced the spring-steel trigger return with a rubber band, and left an open panel to replace it as needed (rubber bands perish long before steel rusts!).I've attached my ECP file as well, just in case somebody wants to make this version for themselves.

Haha, that sounds cool.It might be a bit weak to hold the weight of suet, but you could stuff it with wool scraps and fluff for birds to take to line nests.
If the dome has a thickened lip around the bottom, you could raise the edge of the base and use small bolts through the raised edge to trap the thickened rim.

You can practice with cheap copper wire - it's surprisingly easy when you try!
Since you don't list the videos you've watched, the only possible answer is "use your favourite search engine".
My first thought is that the people who dump bags & rubbish beside the wheelie bins are just going to throw it at the door of a "waste house".

The skewers I used were about a foot long, but I've seen these built using six-foot wooden poles.
It would help if you said what software / laser you are using.Lasercut 5.3 works on colour-coded outlines. If you put one engrave shape inside another, then only the area between the two outlines would engrave.For your example, If you put the outline of the grasshopper inside the outline of the hexagon, then the grasshopper would NOT be engraved, but the rest of the hexagon would, as you desire.
