
for 16/8, 19/5, and 20/4 , it s everyday. but you can do them only a number of days per week.it s totally up to you and how fast you want to progress.the 24 hour fasting is done twice a week.

says the grumpy cat..listen, if you have nothing constructive to say,then stay quiet. it's much better to be seen as a quiet person,than a complete jerk.
please consult with your doctor about fasting from 8pm until noon. if he says ok,you re good to go.if he asks why tell him you just want to fast a bit.
this panic issue happens with super long fasting periods like fasting for 7 days or more without any food...here we re really doing a very short fast.your body wont even care for that. secondly,if when you re fasting and you start losing your balance and/or dtart seeing black,simply take a Dextrose pill.these pills can be found in a local supermarket,and sports nutrition stores. keep it on you at least the first two weeks.you ll be ok.i didnt use it at all.
how many books have you read about this subject ? i got a pretty good idea.. how much experience do you have with intermittent fasting?how many days did you fast in your entire life?how many times in you life have you skipped a meal?Same answer to all the above =0.0
